All items in this auction have been uninstalled from the restaurant. There is NOT a forklift or any other help onsite to assist with loading. Buyers are required to bring all necessary man power to remove items from the building.
It is STRONGLY SUGGESTED to utilize the viewing days to inspect your items.

Please Be Advised That This Auction Has A Staggered Ending Time; 3 Items End Every Minute Starting at 8pm. The Closing Time of  An Item is Automatically Extended an Additional 5 Minutes Whenever a Bid is Placed Within 5 Minutes of the Item Closing Time.

There is an 18% Buyers Premium on ALL Purchases. Buyers Who Pay Cash will Receive 50% Off the Buyers Premium. This Discount will be Deducted from the Total Amount Due Shown on the Invoice.
