Electricity, Gas, and Water will be shut off to the building on March 15th. Please come prepared when picking up items.

All items are still installed in the restaurant. Buyers must bring all necessary tools and manpower for the removal of purchased items. It is STRONGLY SUGGESTED to utilize the viewing days to inspect your items and to evaluate a plan for removal. We will not have help on hand for the removal of items. 

Please Be Advised That This Auction Has A Staggered Ending Time; 3 Items End Every Minute Starting at 8pm. The Closing Time of  An Item is Automatically Extended an Additional 5 Minutes Whenever a Bid is Placed Within 5 Minutes of the Item Closing Time.

There is an 18% Buyers Premium on ALL Purchases. Buyers Who Pay Cash will Receive 50% Off the Buyers Premium. This Discount will be Deducted from the Total Amount Due Shown on the Invoice.
