THURSDAY IS A PRE-SALE! Starting at 10am, you have the opportunity to buy a few pieces early. Items will be listed here (click the "View Items" link).A 10% premium and sales tax will be added to every pre-sale invoice. Items MUST BE PAID FOR at time of purchase in order for the item to be held during the live sale.

6% MI Sales Tax is added to every purchase.

REMOVAL: Buyers are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. There will not be help on hand to remove items from the building.
